We will focus on supporting self-sufficiency by providing you with recommended meal replacement through Bariatrix™*, a Healthy Lifestyle Cooking Series with Chef Jeremy, and the ongoing support you need to continue your newfound healthy lifestyle.
Session One: Focus will be on both plant and animal protein cookery, from best cooking technique to safe minimal cooking temperatures.
Session Two: It’s all about the incredible power and flavor of vegetables, as well as how to properly cook them.
Session Three: Smart carbs will be the topic. Good carbs, bad carbs, proper portion, and cookery.
