Infusion therapy in your home helps your child stay connected with familiar surroundings, and supports his or her wellbeing and healing. We provide a wide range of infusion therapies including for children of all ages who have complex medical needs. We can provide virtually any allowable infusion therapy in the home, including antibiotics, intravenous immunogloblin (IVIG), total parenteral nutrition (TPN), and more.
Our care team approach will help you make a successful transition from hospital to home-based infusion therapy. We work collaboratively with your doctor, hospital or clinic staff, case manager, and family members to ensure safe and effective home infusion therapy. From intake and insurance verification, to delivery of supplies and medications, to skilled nurse visits – you will have the care, information, training and follow-up support so that your child has optimal outcomes for infusion therapy at home.
We have been providing home infusion services for over 25 years. Our nurses are specially trained in pediatric home infusion techniques and compassionate care for pediatric patients of all ages. They are courteous, professional, and flexible, respecting your values and working well within your family’s home environment. We’ll teach you how to perform home infusion therapy correctly, and follow up regularly to answer your questions, and to maintain quality infusion therapy for your child in every way.
Because we are a full service health system, we can provide:
We take a holistic approach to your child’s care – we treat your child as a unique individual with distinct medical needs. Our patients often need additional services beyond home infusion therapy.
We can help arrange for:
Treatment of lysosomal diseases includes enzyme replacement therapy (ERT), which we provide in the patient’s home. Home infusion is safe and effective. It improves patients’ quality of life because it provides comfortable and time-saving opportunities to stay connected to work, school, family, and community.
Lysosomal storage disorders include over 40 diseases. Gaucher disease is the most common lysosomal disorder.
We treat all lysosomal diseases for patients of all ages
