When someone you love has memory difficulties or other cognitive problems, it can be frightening and heartbreaking. Changes in behavior can make loved ones seem unlike themselves. We are here for you during this journey, offering comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, education, and support.
Our outpatient program offers a broad range of services for patients with memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, and other cognitive disorders.
Our multidisciplinary team includes physicians, neuropsychologists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapists. Our goal is to provide a full evaluation and complete plan through a combination of services that work together to provide effective and meaningful treatment for patients and their caregivers.
Education and support are key for the best possible outcomes for both patients and families. The education we provide at every clinic visit aims to empower our patients and their caregivers and to help in understanding and removing the stigma associated with dementia. We also offer both classes and support groups to complement services provided in our clinic and help you and your loved one live well with memory loss or dementia.
