Give your way

There are many ways to support the patients and communities we serve. We hope you’ll join us in giving in a way that is most meaningful to you.

Honor Your Care Provider

Did a doctor, nurse, technician, housekeeper, volunteer, or other caregiver make a difference in your care? You can recognize that special person by making a donation in his or her honor. It's an enduring way to show your appreciation while helping others.

Fairview Ridges Women’s Giving Circle

The Fairview Ridges Giving Circle is a community of women philanthropists who pool knowledge and resources for the purpose of improving health in their communities, and supporting Fairview’s mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer, healthier lives.

Gifts of Stock

These types of gifts may be transferred electronically or delivered in certificate form. It is our general policy for all publicly traded securities to be sold upon receipt.

To make a gift of stock, please see our simple instructions.

Other Ways

You can give via third party options:

Matching Gift Programs

Does your current employer offer a matching gift program, or allot you dollars to send to a charity of your choice? You can direct those dollars to Fairview Foundation in support of all those we serve. Check with your company’s human resources or payroll department to see if matching gift programs are available and to get a list of qualifying guidelines.

Thrivent Choice

Do you use Thrivent products and services? If so, you may be eligible for the Thrivent Choice program, which gives variable dollars amounts to qualifying members to direct to the charitable organization of their choice such as Fairview Foundation. For more details, visit
