Through MyChart email functionality, you share your medical concerns or symptoms. Your health-care provider will respond to you within 24 hours (except weekends) of receiving your message.
How it works
1. Log into MyChart (a secure connection) and click on “E-visit”
2. Send a message about your concerns or condition
3. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email notifying you that the health-care provider has responded to your message
4. Log into MyChart to see the health-care provider’s response

- Knee pain
- Follow-up for chronic conditions (such as diabetes and thyroid disease)
- Other conditions identified by your provider
- Established Fairview patient
- Active MyChart and email accounts
$35. We’ll bill your insurance company for this service. You’ll be responsible for the full cost if insurance coverage is denied. Please check with your medical insurance company to see if this type of visit is covered.
