Fairview Home Medical Equipment provides the equipment and supplies you need to reach your optimal level of independence, health and comfort. Also, get the most from your medicines with Fairview Pharmacy and consultation from Medication Therapy Management.
Memory care
Memory loss that begins suddenly or significantly interferes with your ability to function in daily life may indicate a more serious problem. A visit to our Memory Loss Assessment Clinic may provide some answers.
Sleep medicine/sleep centers
Sleep disorders can wake you up at night and leave you feeling sleepy all day. Fairview's sleep doctors specialize in helping people with problems such as sleep apnea, insomnia or restless legs syndrome (RLS) get a good night’s rest.

Senior Transportation
Fairview Senior Transportation makes rides available to any Fairview clinic, Fairview-affiliated clinic or Ebenezer Adult Day program. Passengers must be age 55 plus, temporarily disabled and unable to drive themselves. Rides must be scheduled 24 hours in advance and within 20 miles of Minneapolis. The cost to the patient is $5 per round trip (prices subject to change). Services not available to Assisted Living or Care Center sites that already provide transportation.
