Untreated sleep apnea interrupted my breathing dozens of times a night, and, as a result, I awoke each day feeling exhausted.

Treating sleep apnea with a CPAP machine.
If your sleep study shows that you have obstructive sleep apnea, a CPAP machine may be used during the night to improve your sleep and breathing.
