Once a year, Fairview distributes a teamwork and safety climate survey to approximately 5,000 physicians, nurses and other caregivers to gather information about employees' perceptions of Fairview. About 70 percent, or 3,400 caregivers and support staff, have responded for the past two years. The same survey is implemented at approximately 100 other health care organizations nationwide.

Part of the survey asks respondents if they agree or disagree with the statement, "I would feel safe being treated here." The chart below shows the results from all Fairview caregivers and support staff who responded.
