Reading a ZixMail Secure Message

1. To pick-up your secure message from the ZixMessage Center™ click the link provided in the notification email.

2. You will be taken to a registration screen. You only need to register once.

3. Create a password and click the “Submit Password” button. You will use this password each time you log into the ZixMessage Center.

4. You will then be able to read your message.

5. You can print, reply to, or delete your message. Please note, if you do not open an encrypted message within 60 days, the message will automatically be deleted.

6. To request help or logout, click the appropriate tab in the upper right-hand corner.
