What is HealthyEmail?
HealthyEmail is a nonprofit organization created to address the increasing problems involving physicians. electronic communication of sensitive patient information. Our goal is to help the medical industry develop and adopt best-in-class standards regarding secure medical communications.
What happens after the free two-year period?
Currently, the license renewal price for ZixMail is $50 per year. However, plans are in the works to offer the renewal to Supporters at a significantly discounted price.
What is expected of Supporters?
We simply ask Supporters to encourage the appropriate use of email to their member physicians consistent with the guidelines prepared by HealthyEmail.
What can I expect as a supporter?
You will be provided with a Supporter Recognition packet. The packet includes a welcome letter and patient pamphlets including stands for display in the physician's office. The patient pamphlets will proudly display your organization's logo.
What if I have a large group of physicians I want to set up on the program?
You simply provide us with a comma-delineated spreadsheet containing the names and email addresses for each participating physician. HealthyEmail guarantees your information will remain strictly confidential.
Is my company responsible for printing costs of the Supporter materials?
No. In appreciation of our Supporters, HealthyEmail provides all materials at no cost
What steps has HealthyEmail taken to handle technical questions for Supporters?
Full technical support is being provided by ZixCorp's highly skilled support staff.
