MINNEAPOLIS (January 22, 2008) – Paula H. Phillippe has been named chief human resources officer for Fairview Health Services.
Phillippe will be responsible for leading key human resources functions, including talent recruitment and performance management, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, training and development and human resources administration.

Prior to joining Fairview, Phillippe worked as senior vice president, chief human resources and communications officer for Marquette Financial Companies in Minneapolis.
Phillippe, who joined Fairview earlier this month, has a master’s degree in industrial relations and a bachelor’s degree in psychology—both from the University of Minnesota.
Fairview Health Services is an integrated health care system, providing care from prevention and disease management to the most complex of life-threatening injuries and illnesses as well as senior care and end-of-life services.
