Fairview Health Services is growing along with Maple Grove.  Fairview Bass Lake Clinic is located at 6320 Wedgwood Rd. N. in Maple Grove. The clinic providers are: Jay Dirks, MD who specializes in family medicine, Joan Trowbridge, MD, and Christine Boumann, PA.

Our clinic is a "green" building.  Special construction techniques and materials have been used to create an environmentally healthy building for our patients and staff.  We have applied for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for this building.  Currently, only 3 LEED green certified projects in Minnesota qualify for this distinction; and only 3,261 qualify nation-wide.
